Day 10

Day 10--Friday, August 30

Walked for 2 miles; had another PT session with Jemma....still really hard, but it's getting more...bearable.  I'm really loving the training sessions.  Combat at 6pm...tired, but not doing too bad :)

Daily Food Journal
Breakfast
Kellog's Special K Cereal--40g
Coffee with 2 tsp whitener
Semi-skimmed milk--300ml

Lunch
Same...As...Yesterday...I'm sensing a pattern here...

Dinner
Pizza....same as before...yep, definitely a pattern

Snacks
Tesco Light Choices chocolate and orange cereal bar
60g (2 servings) sultanas
1 slice homemade bread
1 Tbsp jam
....another Tesco cereal bar....

Total Calories--1736
